“The healing arts” are defined as creative practices that promote healing, wellness, coping & personal change.

I specialize in massage therapy, energy healing, aromatherapy, & yoga for people in the music industry. I have half a decade of experience working backstage at music festivals like Mountain Jam & Adirondack Independence Music Festival, & I have even been lucky enough to work backstage at Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC).

It is my mission to promote wellness in this grueling industry with the intention of prolonging my client’s careers. I integrate my knowledge & intuition to create a unique & therapeutic journey for each individual.

In conclusion, I have the utmost respect for my clients as I firmly believe that music is one of the most powerful healing tools out there. It is my greatest honor to hold space for them & am confident that it allows them to show up for their fans in a more profound way.
